Lindsey completed her Masters degree in Physical Therapy in 2010, and Baccalaureate in Human Kinetics in 2008, at the University of British Columbia. She has since continued post-graduate training in the areas of Manual Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Neural manipulation, Pilates, Posture Correction, and the McKenzie Method.
Lindsey has also received certification in the practice of Anatomical Acupuncture, and is a Gunn IMS certified practitioner.
Additionally, Lindsey is a registered 200hr Yoga instructor.
Lindsey’s experience as a physiotherapist varies, although her passion is working with athletes of all ages and abilities. Competing in her younger years on a provincial level in Boarder Cross and Slopestyle, and internationally on the Canadian Trampoline Team Lindsey understands the demands athletes place on their bodies and minds.

Britt completed her masters in Physical Therapy at University of British Columbia as a part of the Northern and Rural cohort based in Prince George. Britt has additional training in Manual therapy (AIMS level 1) and Mobilizations with Movement. Additionally, Britt is certified in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS).
Britt’s treatment approach utilizes manual therapy techniques, active strategies and evidence-based education to reduce pain, improve movement and prevent further injury.
With a background in high level athletics Britt understands the requirements of elite and recreational sport and what it takes to successfully rehabilitate and return to sport.
Growing up in Revelstoke, Britt has always led an active lifestyle. Rachel completed her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy in 2020 from the University of Alberta, and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University in 2017. She has been practicing in Revelstoke since October of 2021, and loves the community that she gets to work with here.
Rachel has experience working with all types of populations including (but not limited to) individuals/athletes with chronic pain, high level recreationalists, professional athletes, adolescents in competitive and/or recreational sport, etc. She takes a special interest in the world of knee injuries/ligament reconstructions, and has additional education in this area. She is also certified in Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) needling from Foundations Health Education. Within the community, she is a physiotherapist for the Revelstoke Grizzlies hockey team, and teaches dance at The Studio Dance and Wellness. In her limited spare time, she is an avid skier, and tries really hard at a lot of other sports including running, mountain/gravel biking, and climbing.
Rachel appreciates the importance of a solid support system when dealing with the difficulties associated with pain/injuries, and strives to fulfill her role in that system for every person she works with. Having been through her fair share of sports related injuries, she is familiar with the difficulties and requirements for returning to the things you love. She is consistently working towards staying up to date on current knowledge in the field so that she can solve the puzzle in front of her as quickly and effectively as possible.

Shawna completed her Masters in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia in 2013, and her BSc (with honours) in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa in 2010.
Since Graduating Shawna has practiced in a variety of settings including, private practice, inpatients, outpatients and long term care. These varied experiences have allowed her to practice in the areas of sports injuries, chronic pain, vestibular rehabilitation , post operative rehabilitation and concussion management. Shawna has completed post graduate courses in Manual Therapy, Acupuncture and Vestibular Rehabilitation.
